Account and organization setup

Your organization

Your account belongs to an organization — the shared workspace that holds questionnaires, documents, the answer library, and your team. All data is scoped to your organization and isolated from every other customer.

Key places in the app

• Dashboard — activity overview and quick links to in-progress questionnaires.
• Questionnaires — every uploaded questionnaire and its completion status.
• Upload — import new or completed questionnaires.
• Knowledge Base — your documents and saved question-and-answer pairs.
• Company — team members, invitations, and roles.
• Settings — your profile, organization details, and (for owners) billing.

Profile settings

Update your name and password under Settings → Profile. Email verification is required when you sign up, and accounts lock temporarily after repeated failed sign-in attempts.

Adding your team

Owners and admins can invite teammates from the Company page — each invitee gets an email link to join your organization. See the Team & Collaboration guides for how roles work.
