    AI and your data

What the AI reads, what it never does, and model training

    What the AI uses

Your uploaded documents and past answers are used solely to generate responses within your own organization. Retrieval is scoped to your workspace — one customer's documents are never used to answer another customer's questions.

    Model training

Your content is not used to train AI models. Answer generation uses OpenAI's API, and OpenAI does not train on API inputs or outputs by default unless the customer opts in — we have not opted in.

    Verifiability by design

Generated answers cite the specific documents and past answers they were based on, and a relevance gate filters out weak matches. You can trace every suggestion back to its source before accepting it.

    Your control

    • Delete any document or questionnaire at any time; deleted documents stop being cited immediately.
    • Owners can delete the organization account entirely; remaining data is then removed per our retention policy.
