Your answer library (saved Q&A pairs)

The reusable answers behind Auto-fill, and how to curate them

    Where pairs come from

Your answer library is every question-and-answer pair your organization has saved:

    • Pairs imported from completed questionnaires
    • Answers you accept or write while working through questionnaires on the platform

This library is what Auto-fill and the per-question match suggestions draw from.

    Browsing and searching

The Knowledge Base page lists your saved pairs alongside your documents. Search works semantically — "how do you encrypt data at rest" finds pairs phrased completely differently, because matching is by meaning, not keywords. You can copy any pair for use outside the platform.

    Curating for quality

A library is only as good as its worst frequently-matched answer:

    • Fix it at the source. If Auto-fill keeps suggesting an outdated answer, edit or remove the underlying pair rather than correcting it questionnaire after questionnaire.
    • Prefer specific answers. "We encrypt data at rest with AES-256 via our cloud provider" reuses far better than "Yes."
    • Prune after big changes. Changed your infrastructure, tooling, or policies? Sweep the library for pairs that describe the old world.
