    Assignments and discussions

Split up a questionnaire and resolve questions together

    Assigning questions

Any question can be assigned to a teammate — use it to route technical questions to engineering, legal questions to counsel, and so on. Assignees can see their workload, and assignment status (pending, in progress, completed) is visible on the questionnaire so nothing falls through the cracks.

For large questionnaires, assign whole sections by category right after upload — mapping a category column during import pays off here.

    Discussing a question

Each question has a discussion thread. Use it for the back-and-forth that would otherwise happen in email — "is this asking about prod or all environments?" — so the context stays attached to the question it's about. Attachments can also be added to individual questions when evidence is requested.

    A workflow that scales

    1. Upload and run Auto-fill — the machine handles the repeats.
    2. Assign what remains by expertise area.
    3. Experts answer or Draft with AI and edit.
    4. A reviewer sweeps low-confidence and high-stakes answers.
    5. Export.

Notifications keep assignees informed, and everyone works in the same workspace — no version-numbered spreadsheets flying around by email.
