What Auto-fill does
Open any questionnaire and click Auto-fill. RFI Know sweeps every unanswered question, matches each one against your answer library and knowledge base, and fills in the ones it can answer with confidence. You watch progress in real time and can keep working while it runs.
What it fills — and what it skips
Auto-fill is deliberately conservative: it fills questions with strong matches and leaves weak ones blank rather than guessing. A questionnaire that comes back 60% filled means 60% of it was genuinely already answered by your organization — and the remaining 40% is an honest to-do list.
The review workflow
- Run Auto-fill first, before any manual work.
- Sort or scan by confidence — high-confidence answers usually need only a skim.
- For unfilled questions, check the per-question best matches panel: sometimes a good answer exists but needs a small adaptation.
- Use Draft with AI on questions with no matches at all.
Making Auto-fill stronger
Its hit rate is a direct function of your knowledge base. Import more completed questionnaires, keep your documents current, and accept good answers as you work — every one becomes reusable.
