When to use it

Draft with AI is for questions your answer library can't cover — new topics, unusual phrasing, or your first questionnaires before the library exists. It generates an answer grounded in your uploaded documents.

Sources and citations

Every generated answer shows the sources it drew from:

• Policy sources — the specific documents and passages the answer is based on.
• Historical sources — past answers that informed the draft.

Citations aren't decorative. Before accepting an answer, check that the cited passage actually supports the claim — you are the one signing the questionnaire, and the citations exist so verification takes seconds instead of minutes.

The relevance gate

If your knowledge base has nothing relevant to a question, RFI Know filters out weak matches rather than letting the model improvise. A low-confidence warning means exactly that: limited support was found. Write those answers yourself, and consider whether a policy document covering the topic belongs in your knowledge base.

Editing drafts

Generated answers are starting points. Edit freely — tone, specifics, commitments. Your edited version is what gets saved, exported, and reused next time, so polishing an answer once pays off on every future questionnaire.
