What to do when suggestions are weak, generic, or outdated
Weak or missing suggestions
Low confidence scores and empty matches mean one thing: the knowledge base doesn't cover the topic. The fix is fuel, not settings:
- Import more completed questionnaires — they're the highest-yield source of reusable answers.
- Upload the policy documents that address the weak topics. A cluster of low-confidence questions about, say, incident response is a strong hint that your IR plan isn't uploaded.
Generic answers
If drafts are technically fine but bland, your library lacks specific answers to reuse. Edit a few generated drafts into your organization's real voice and accept them — those edited versions become the library entries future questionnaires reuse.
Outdated answers
When Auto-fill confidently suggests last year's reality:
- Find the stale pair in the Knowledge Base and fix or delete it there — that stops the suggestion at the source.
- Delete superseded policy documents so old versions stop being cited.
Sign-in and access issues
- Locked out after failed attempts — the lockout is temporary; wait and try again, or reset your password.
- Can't see billing — only organization owners can; ask an owner.
- Can't invite teammates or manage documents — you need the admin or owner role.
