Free trial and the Professional plan
What you get, what it costs, and when to upgrade
The 30-day free trial
Every new organization starts with a 30-day trial — full access, no credit card required:
- Unlimited questionnaires and documents
- AI answers (Auto-fill and Draft with AI)
- Team collaboration
- Export to Excel and CSV
It's the complete product, not a limited tier — the point is to run a real questionnaire through it.
Professional — $199/month
After the trial, the Professional plan keeps everything running:
- Unlimited questionnaires, AI answers, and documents
- Unlimited saved question-and-answer pairs
- Unlimited team members
- Priority processing and support
Billing is month-to-month through Stripe. Upgrade any time from Settings → Billing (owners only).
When the trial ends
If you haven't upgraded, access pauses until you do — your data isn't deleted, and upgrading picks up exactly where you left off.
